We love analytic minds at 360 and Sonja is among the best! A social media analyst by training, Sonja works with our client teams to customize measurement strategies for client campaigns, drawing on best practices and established benchmarks, as well as emerging intelligence-gathering tools. She provides comprehensive analytics reports that track campaign success and enable clients to recalibrate in real-time, building smarter, more effective online campaigns. Those insights often have broader implications, too, for engagement offline and via traditional media.
Sonja came to 360PR by way of d50 Media, where she conducted research, developed social media strategies and managed online communities for clients in the financial and legal sectors. Working in highly regulated and competitive industries helped Sonja develop a sharp, disciplined approach to understanding and utilizing digital and social media to build audience and reputation.
Sonja is a graduate of Houghton College, with a B.A. in New Media, Visual Arts and Psychology, and a member of the Psi-Chi National Honor Society. In addition to analytics, she has a passion for photography and graphic design.
