She’s helped Stonyfield spread the word about eating organic, opened up a world of possibilities for cooking with Nasoya tofu via the brand’s “Tofu U” campaign, and worked the food media calendar with break-through campaigns like Allrecipes’ Thanksgiving-timed “Respect the Bird” campaign.
For the past three years, Lindsay has managed the award-winning, sales-lifting National Can-It Forward Day campaign for the Ball® brand. The campaign has successfully introduced canning to a new generation, making Ball brand products relevant to today’s consumers, who want to eat healthier. Lindsay has worked with an array of celebrity chefs, cookbook authors and national food media.
